About Teamup Calendar

Teamup Calendar is a robust shared calendar application designed to simplify scheduling and enhance collaboration across teams, groups, or organizations. It allows users to organize events, appointments, or tasks visually and manage schedules without requiring user logins for every participant. Teamup enables the creation of centralized calendars that can be divided by color-coded sub-calendars, offering a clear and organized view of different schedules, projects, or team activities.

Publish to Flatcal

Flatcal can subscribe to calendars published by Teamup Calendar.

In Teamup Calendar
  1. Open your Teamup Calendar.
  2. Click the blue menu button in the top right corner of your calendar.
  3. Select Preferences > iCalendar Feeds.
  4. A list of sub-calendars will open with an iCalendar feed URL for each one. At the bottom of the list is an iCalendar feed URL for all sub-calendars.
  5. Copy the URL you wish to use.
In Flatcal
  1. Open your Flatcal Dashboard.
  2. Create or open Flatcal calendar that will use your public calendar as a source.
  3. Paste Teamup Calendar public link into new Flatcal calendar source URL.

Subscribe to Flatcal

Flatcal publishes resulting calendar and Teamup Calendar can subscribe to it.

In Flatcal
  1. Open your Flatcal Dashboard.
  2. Find and open Flatcal calendar that you want to subscribe to.
  3. Scroll to the end of your configured pipeline to Outputs.
  4. Copy the ICS URL with Copy button.
In Teamup Calendar
  1. Open your Teamup Calendar with administrator access.
  2. Go to Settings > Calendars.
  3. Click the button New and choose Add iCalendar Feed.
  4. Set the details (name, color) for your new iCalendar feed.
  5. Paste the iCalendar feed URL into field Feed URL.
  6. Choose how frequently you want the calendar to update, and click Save.
