Publish to Flatcal

Flatcal can subscribe to calendars published by Microsoft Planner.

In Microsoft Planner
  1. Open the plan you would like to add to your calendar.
  2. At the top of your Planner board, open the plan menu by selecting the chevron next to the plan name.
  3. Select Add plan to Outlook calendar.
  4. If you're an owner of the plan, select Publish, share with anyone to publish the plan to an iCalendar feed.
  5. Select and copy iCalendar link to add the plan to your calendar.
In Flatcal
  1. Open your Flatcal Dashboard.
  2. Create or open Flatcal calendar that will use your public calendar as a source.
  3. Paste Microsoft Planner public link into new Flatcal calendar source URL.
