Publish to Flatcal

Flatcal can subscribe to calendars published by Microsoft Outlook.

In Microsoft Outlook
  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
  2. In Calendar view, select Settings > Calendar > Shared calendars.
  3. Under Publish a calendar, choose which calendar you want to publish and how much detail people can see.
  4. Select Publish.
  5. Choose an ICS link and copy it.
In Flatcal
  1. Open your Flatcal Dashboard.
  2. Create or open Flatcal calendar that will use your public calendar as a source.
  3. Paste Microsoft Outlook public link into new Flatcal calendar source URL.

Subscribe to Flatcal

Flatcal publishes resulting calendar and Microsoft Outlook can subscribe to it.

In Flatcal
  1. Open your Flatcal Dashboard.
  2. Find and open Flatcal calendar that you want to subscribe to.
  3. Scroll to the end of your configured pipeline to Outputs.
  4. Copy the ICS URL with Copy button.
In Microsoft Outlook
  1. Sign in to Outlook.com.
  2. At the bottom of the page, select Calendar icon .
  3. In the navigation pane, select Add calendar.
  4. Select Subscribe from web.
  5. Enter the URL for the calendar.
  6. Select Import.
